Spanish Gin, Grapefruit & Elderflower Tonic


  • 2 oz St. George's Botanivore Gin

  • 6 oz Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic

  • 1/2 of a pink grapefruit slice

  • 1 one inch thick grapefruit segment

  • 1 rosemary sprig

  • Ice cubes







1. Chill the drinking glass.

2. Add ice to the glass.

3. Squeeze one segment of grapefruit into the glass and discard.

4. Add the grapefruit slice and the rosemary sprig to the glass.

5. Pour the gin into the glass.

6. Add the tonic and stir before drinking.
