In LAVENDER HONEY & THYME ROASTED CHICKEN, the subtle citrus notes of lavender marry perfectly with poultry, but is equally delicious when used to finish a goat cheese tart, or grilled lamb chops. Grown in Provence, France since 1802 by the Montaud family, the flowers of this small aromatic evergreen shrub are a delight sprinkled on ice cream, tossed into a chocolate cake mix, or used to finish a wine reduction or hearty meat stew.
