Ginger improves digestion, awakens the taste buds, delivers antibacterial properties, fights inflammation, boosts the immune system, revs the metabolism, and helps prevent blood clots in the arteries.

If using a Vitamix, simply peel the oranges and toss whole into the container—the fiber from membranes adds a smoothie like consistency and is good for you. Juice may be refrigerated up to 1 day.



3 cups freshly squeeze orange juice

3 medium unpeeled organic carrots , washed & cut into 1” pieces

1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 cups ice

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger


1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender container.

2. Whir on the highest setting until the fruit, carrots, and ice are incorporated and the solids are a liquid consistency.

3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for greatest nutritional punch.
