Winston Churchill Cocktail
Aperol--a bright red Italian aperitif with ginger, citrus and rhubarb undertones
1 bottle Pol Roger Champagne
1 cup cranberries
Pellegrino sparkling water
1. Drop 3 cranberries into each CHAMPAGNE FLUTE.
2. Add 1 1/2 ounces of Aperol.
3. Add 4 ounces of champagne.
4. Top off flute with sparkling water.
Any champagne, so long as it is Brut, may be substituted. Use either fresh or frozen cranberries. Aperol is a pale red
