English 9.75" Copper Sauté Pan with Steel Handle


A classic copper sauté pan with a riveted steel handled, this food-safe 19th century classic piece of copper cookware has extraordinary heat distribution.

Re-tinned in England using the traditional method of pouring molten tin into the vessel into an even thick coating that is wiped creating a food safe surface (as opposed to modern electroplating which gives a much thinner coating).

Excellent Vintage Condition

Hand wash only. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials. Oven safe to 450 degrees F.  Place food in vessel before turning on the flame. To maintain copper brilliance, occasionally polish with Cape Cod Metal Polishing Cloths.
