Shipping Information

WESTON TABLE will process your online order within 2 business days for all in-stock items. Occasionally, items may be oversold and we will notify you immediately. All backordered items will ship as we receive them and therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order. An email detailing approximate lead times will be sent to you regarding all custom orders. ALL ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE WILL BE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. SO LONG AS THE PROMOTION CODE: FREESHIPPING IS ENTERED AND A VARIANT IS NOT NOTED AS A PRODUCT VARIANT.

WESTON TABLE ships all orders via UPS or USPS, Monday through Friday. Your shipping options and any additional cost will be outlined at the time of checkout.

All shipments with a value of $500 or more are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Orders can be tracked via the UPS and/or USPS website after the order has shipped. A confirmation email will be sent with the details of the order.

WESTON TABLE currently only ships to the continental United States. For international shipments, or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us.


Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from WESTONTABLE.COM may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of order delivery or store credit only within 30 days of order delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

All sales are final on sale items.

All edible items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. WESTON TABLE does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to WESTON TABLE.

Orders that are placed for merchandise that are personalized or engraved are not cancelable after the order has been placed, and such items cannot be returned.
