If there was ever a cocktail perfect for sipping while reading poetry, this Seedlip cocktail is it.

An unlikely duo, cucumber and mint turn out to be a formidable couple, especially when a bit of sour lime and sweetness are added in to provide balance. The Seedlip Garden 108 mix is only as intoxicating as the English countryside. A non-alcoholic distillation, this cocktail brings the sophisticated essence of hay and peas along with notes of rosemary, spearmint, and thyme. Make it by the pitcherful and serve in a pretty glass and entertaining yourself or guests will be an often repeated pleasurable experience.
